Your Arhomeplus Gîte & soins, massage & réflexologie center is open 7/7 from 10am to 8pm. Outside these hours, please call +33 (0)6 37 52 41 30 for instructions.
Entrance to the gîtes is independent 24/24, 7/7 via an access code.
Departures before 11 a.m.
The wellness center is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

Booking, refund and cancellation conditions
Gîte booking
For stays of more than 30 days, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The balance is payable 21 days before arrival at the latest. In the event of cancellation within this period, the full amount paid will be returned. a 10% administration fee is retained for cancellations made less than 21 days in advance.

For stays of less than 30 days, the full amount is deducted on the day of booking. In the event of cancellation, reimbursement is made according to the method of payment chosen at the time of booking (cancellable or non-cancellable).
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable.


Booking massage, reflexology & other services
Without 24-hour advance notice, all bookings are due.

COVID-19
Under COVID-19, in the event of bans or government measures, the stay may be postponed to a later date. The amount of the reservation can also be used to cover other services within 6 months.

No refund of any kind will be made in the event of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis.

Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Our partner Chapka Assurance is at your disposal for further information.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax payable to the Communauté de communes du Grand Autunois Morvan is €1 per night and per adult.

Cleaning
Bedding and cleaning are included in the price. The premises must be left in a proper state. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a special cleaning charge.

For longer stays (2 weeks), additional cleaning costs range from €40 to €70.

Pets
1 pet is allowed. It must be announced at the time of booking. Pets must be kept quiet and accompanied at all times.

Capacity
We have 3 gîtes, from 2 to 6 people. Capacities must be respected according to the gîte chosen. A supplement of €20 per person will be charged for any breach of this rule.

Security deposit
A deposit of between 150€ and 300€ is required to cover any damage to furniture and other items. It will be returned once the premises have been checked.

General information
The gîtes are non-smoking and for everyone's peace and quiet, please don't make any noise after 10pm.
